RED WINE ONE GLASS A NIGHT, AND GOOD BYE WAIST LINE!

Apparently, drinking one glass of wine every night helps tighten your waistline, or bring it to a smaller volume. I don’t know about you, but this is a dream come true for me!

Even researchers at Harvard University conducted a study that involved over 20.000 women in a range of 13 years in order to see the effects the red wine had on their weight. Pace yourselves, because this is highly amusing!

The results shows that those who drank 2 glasses of red wine a day had no problems with obesity. In fact, red wine acts as a fat burning stimulant! This is great news to wine lovers like me.

Of course, the main ingredient in wine is grapes. In fact, The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry printed a research about how grapes react in the body, along with the properties in red wine that stimulate weight loss.

Get this: the study proved that mice were less likely to have lower blood sugar levels and store liver fat when they are given red wine grape extract.

An interesting fact is that the acids that grapes contain can slow down the growth of fatty cells. Amazing, right?

Apart from drinking wine along with your dinner, having it as a snack is beneficiary. We all love snacks, so why not wine instead of those fatty chips we’re so in love with?

Of course, it has a lot less calories than most things we would munch on. Actually, wine has zero bad fats. Let that sink in for a bit. I recently read that a lady experimented with this finding for 3 weeks. The result? She lost 6 pounds!

She also lowered her cravings for sugar and stopped eating unhealthy snacks before bed.

Other than its obvious amazing taste, red wine is an extremely powerful antioxidant and it is knows to prevent tumors.

Also, it can help in preventing Alzheimer’s disease and protect your heart as a result of its amazing ability to prevent cell damage.

What happens when you overdo it?

Well, like anything else, the key to success is moderation. We urge you to try and not have one whole bottle of wine a day.

The trick is to limit yourself to 2 glasses a day. Like we previously stated, it can be exchanged for a snack.

This should be enough to satisfy your cravings for wine and snacks at the same time.
