Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Coat the baking tray with oil. The eggs should be room temperature. Separate the egg yolks from the whies and chop the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate squares on steam. Beat the egg whites with a mixer so that you get whipped cream. Mix the melted chocolate and the egg yolks. Add the chocolate mixture to one half of the whipped cream and stir slowly. Add the rest of the whipped cream slowly and mix so that the egg whites don’t settle.
Finally, pour the mixture into the baking tray and let it bake for 30-40 minutes.
Using a toothpick check if the cake is cooked. When it’s cool remove it from the baking tray, cut it into squares and serve with delicious coffee.
