16 Early Warning Signs Your Liver is Sluggish And Toxins Are Being Stored in Your Fat Cells

Liver has many vital functions. Some of the more well-known function is production of bile, which helps carry away waste and break down fats in the small intestine during digestion.

In other words that means that liver is removing toxins from your body. Toxins will get stored in your body, if your liver has problem with removing them, leading to joint pain, fatigue, anxiety etc.

How does the liver deal with toxins?

The liver detoxifies harmful substances in two steps. The first step uses enzymes and oxygen to burn toxins, especially fatty ones, so they are more water soluble, making them easier for the body to eliminate. The second detox step combines partially processed toxins with sulfur or amino acids so they can be removed through bile or urine.

Even if you are following healthy lifestyle, like drinking pure water, regular exercise, use of toxin-free personal care and cleaning products, you are not completely safe, because everyone are exposed to toxins from the environment (air, soil, factories, plastics). But you sure have lower chance of having health problems.

Sluggish liver

1. Globe artichoke– member of the thistle family. It can be used in your diet. It can be prepared by removing all but 5-10mm or so of the stem. To remove thorns, which may interfere with eating, around a quarter of each scale can be cut off. It can be prepared boiled or steamed. It will increase bile production. Also they have high fibre content, which will promote flushing out bile and reducing LDL cholesterol.

With this you have very good protection for your liver.
