There Are Pounds Of Waste Sitting In Your Gut. Flush It With This High-Fiber Mix

Every system in your body is critically important, but if your digestive system isn’t working at its best, the rest of your body can’t either. For many who eat the standard American diet, or SAD, waste traveling through the colon can get left behind. When that happens, the whole thing is bogged down.
You’ll notice that this also makes your bowel movements dry and difficult to pass. It’s just something that happens sometimes. Chances are you have pounds of waste just lingering in your intestines. I have a method that keeps everything flowing great for me. Hopefully it works for you too!
Instructions:
First thing in the morning, drink a large glass of water. Don’t chug it! Just sit, enjoy your morning, and sip it slowly. Once the water is finished, mix a tablespoon of ground flaxseed into two cups of kefir. I like to add blueberries too, not necessarily because it helps your digestive tract, but because blueberries are the shit. Repeat this for a week.
During the second week, repeat all of the above but with two tablespoons of flaxseed. During the third week, repeat all of the above again but with, you guessed it, three tablespoons of flaxseed.
The flaxseed is high in fiber and helps keep everything in your gut moving. The kefir is important because of its probiotics. When your gut is off kilter and your intestinal flora isn’t balanced, it can cause major issues for your health.
Three weeks probably sounds like a long time to wait, but you can’t expect any great health results to arrive after a few days. Good health is a lifelong endeavor.
