Pineapple Cough Suppressant Recipe

– 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
– 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
– 1 piece of ginger (about 3 inches)
– 1 Tbsp raw honey
– 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients and take 1/4 cup, 2-3 x/day and repeat recipe daily.

When choosing a pineapple, look for ones that are heavier in size, free of spots and bruises, and are sweet smelling at the stem end. Pineapples perish quite quickly, so they should be consumed within two days of purchase.
