A Norway study has found that people who consume three cups of milk a day have three times higher risk of developing breast cancer when compared to those who consume one or half a cup of milk a day.

Breast cancer rates have significantly increased for the past few years, and according to science, milk has a lot to do with it.

 

The highest breast cancer rates were found in Finland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada and America, and these countries are known to consume significantly larger amounts of milk than the other countries around the world.

Moreover, the Norway study has found that breast cancer is extremely rear in countries where the consumption of milk is at lower level.

Milk contains hormones and other components that have cancer-causing potential. This also applies to processed vitamin D supplements that re regularly added to milk and other dairy products.

Furthermore, it has been proved that people who suffer from breast cancer consumed twice as much vitamin D in comparison to others.

 

There are other factors which can contribute to breast cancer development, including low consumption of vegetables and fish, and excessive consumption of processed sugar, dough, and pork meat.

In addition, wearing unsuitable bras, especially those that are too tight, can increase the risk of developing breast cancer. Women who regularly wear bra for 12 hours are 20 times more likely to develop breast cancer in comparison to those who wear it once in a while, or never.
