5 MINUTE HEALTHY BREAKFAST HACKS (VIDEO)
You can prepare three healthy breakfasts with just five ingredients.
You will need peanut butter, maple syrup, yogurt and oats.
Breakfast 1
Mash one banana and mix it with one cup of oats. Make cookie balls from the mixture and microwave for 1 minute. Finally, drizzle peanut butter.
Breakfast 2
In a plate, put half a banana, 3 tablespoons of oats and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds. Then, take the cookie out and pour it over with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
Breakfast 3
Mix half a cup of oats with a cup of water and put the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then, add 3 tablespoons of egg white and one chopped banana. Mix all well and for 2 minutes.
