We all known that having too much weight can be caused because we intake unhealthy food which is full of fats as well as carbohydrates, but sugar can also be the one to blame.

People nowadays consume too much sugar and they are not even aware of that. Moderate amounts are OK, but everything that is too much, can be very bad for your overall health. Sugar is one of the main ingredients of various foods and also drinks, breakfast cereals, yogurts, sodas, salad dressings, juices and the much adored candy.

Sugar can be also found in honey, raisins, bananas, and mangos, but there scientists describe them as simple carbohydrates.

Sugar overdose can be manifested through various symptoms like: depression, yeast infections, hyperactivity, colds or sinus problems, mental disorientation, consequent fatigue, sleepiness and headaches.

Sugar is also known to cause many diseases like heart problems, higher diabetes risk, heart disease, and cancer development.

HOW SUGAR CONSUMPTION AND WEIGHT GAIN ARE RELATED?

If we intake a bigger amount of sugar, our body uses the amount it needs so that it can increase our energy, but the part we don’t need is mostly retained in our organism as fat.

The sugar we add into meals isn’t like natural sugar, because it goes into our intestines and our body sees it like it is intestinal bacteria. It also increases the levels of our blood sugar. This is the fat that can be seen stored in our hips, thighs and waist.

SAY NO TO SUGAR

Some people that this is impossible, but you can really give up sugar. You’ll certainly experience some of the most common withdrawal symptoms for any addiction: fatigue, sadness, queasiness, headaches as well as cravings.

When we eat and our meal becomes digested, we can experience sugar cravings that will alert our brain to mean that it is hungry again which means you’ll want to eat something sweet.

Make sure you control yourself, but don’t stop at once. Try decreasing the amount of sugar you intake.

After a while, you’ll notice that your complete health and body are improved.
